Healthy Hints During Cold and Flu Season

  1. Take one, two or more Candida-G capsules three times a day and gargle with the contents of one Candida-G capsule and 4 ounces of water mixed together morning and night — hold the mixture in your mouth for a few minutes each time (keep mixture refrigerated or mix new every third day).

  2. Take Vitamin C capsules to bowel tolerance. (When you have an infection you can take much more Vitamin C before you reach bowel tolerance — before you get diarrhea — than you can when you do not have an infection.)

  3. Take serrapeptase (two tablets three times a day will keep your lungs, throat, and sinuses free of excess mucus. It helps reduce allergies, lung congestion and arterial plaque.)

  4. Take Vitamin D3 capsules (up to 2,000 IU daily).

  5. Take minerals: Water Oz minerals are the safest minerals to take, as they do not build-up in your joints or cause undue stress on your kidneys. Calcium is usually plentiful in the diet of Americans, however, magnesium, potassium, sulfur, zinc, copper, and selenium are often in short supply. These are the minerals I take a few times a week. Not much is needed, so a 32-ounce bottle lasts for months.

  6. Take coffee enemas to help reduce the toxin load in your liver. A good web page explaining coffee enemas is: http://www.road-to-health.com/am/publish/article_15.shtml

  7. Use Hyssop Throat Comforts like cough drops. They are very handy to keep in your pocket or purse as they soothe your throat whenever you have throat irritation.

  8. Hyssop Liquid is an excellent natural cough syrup.

  9. Avoid Dairy Products at the first sign of symptoms of a cold or the flu.

  10. Cut down or eliminate sugar (including sodas and other sweet drinks) from your diet as sugar encourages bad bacteria growth. Cutting sugar out of your diet will help your immune system get rid of the bad bacteria.

  11. Get more sleep during the cold and flu season.

  12. If you have to be out in a crowd, use your Zapper before, during and after your exposure to unfamiliar germs. (Note: The Zapper works best when you have adequate minerals in your body.)

Testimonials

Rosacea Clears Up: I've been given antibiotic therapy many times throughout my life and have been told that I need to take probiotics because of it. In the past, when I've taken acidolphlius, etc., I didn't feel that it made a bit of difference. I want you to know that your Flora-G Plus is the only probiotic that I have ever taken that has given me “die-off” (I felt tired for the first day or two), so I knew it is of really excellent quality. Also, as soon as I started taking Flora-G Plus I noticed that I had less gas and bloating after eating. After a few months my sensitive bowel problems disappeared completely. And now, after eight months of taking it, my energy lasts all day, my head is clear and a patch of itchy skin on my ankle is gone. My appetite is less and my bowel function is better than I've ever experienced. Also, I began to take Candida-G as soon as it became available in July and in a few days my skin looked better and felt softer. I also mix it with water and spray it on my face and body after my shower. After rubbing a thick mixture of it on my dry, cracked heels morning and night for a few days they became soft and smooth. My husband sprays it on his skin too and the Rosacea on his face has cleared up. Ann, Belmont, CA
